3. Orders & Payments

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, limit purchase quantities, and correct pricing or typographical errors.

Payment must be received in full before shipment. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. DeCuzzi Fragrance is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers in accordance with applicable law.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, all sales are final, except for products received damaged or incorrectly fulfilled, or where otherwise required by law.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
