Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please:

Immediately contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Notify us at decuzzifragrance@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will assist you in the process and document the issue on our end.

Products are handcrafted in small batches and labeled in accordance with U.S. cosmetic regulations. DeCuzzi Fragrance products are produced in an FDA-registered facility and are MoCRA compliant. No medical or therapeutic claims are made or implied.

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products:

- Opened or used products are not eligible for return

- Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery
