Payment must be received in full prior to shipment. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products:
-All sales are final unless otherwise stated
-Opened or used products are not eligible for return
-Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery
