We encourage all customers to sample our fragrances prior to purchasing full-size bottles to ensure they align with your preferences.
If your order arrives damaged, please:
Immediately contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Notify us at decuzzifragrance@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will assist you in the process and document the issue on our end.
